Aren't my titles unique or what? **shot**
When I read the part where Spader was sitting next to the Almighty Penguin in The Soldiers of Halla, I just HAD to draw it. I haven't finished the book, I'm about halfway, but I couldn't wait to get this down on paper! The penguin part has to be one of my favorite parts in the whole book. I didn't have a reference for Spader(except the mirror), so that may be why it looks funny. I had absolutely no reference for the penguin, other then a stuffed one I had. While coloring it, I was wondering what color to make the background, and orange just kept flashing Vegas Light Sign style in my head. So that is why the background is orange.
